2) Lighter colors reflect more of the sun's light, thus keeping you cooler also.
3) If you may manage to pay for it, there are tops that are treating to block the sun's rays and also to discourage flying pests.
4) Keep fit in mind as well: too stretched and you will not be comfortable, and risk skin breakdown. Too loose and you may obstruct your own play.
Dress in what looks good, fits well and which will give you a feeling of real golfer.
